Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-18 Welcome to Simple Anchor. These Terms cover how you use our game, website, and everything else we offer ("Service"). Simple Anchor runs it all. If you use the Service, you're agreeing to these Terms. Don't use it if you don't agree.

Use of Service

You get a limited, non-exclusive license to play Simple Anchor for yourself. It's not transferable and we can take it away. When you use the Service, you're agreeing to follow the rules below.

Lawful Use

Keep things legal. Don't do anything fraudulent, unauthorized, or against the law while using Simple Anchor.

Account Responsibility

Your account, your problem. Keep your password to yourself and you're liable for whatever happens on it. Tell us right away if something looks wrong or someone else got in.

User Conduct

Play nice. Don't harass other players, don't pretend to be someone else, and don't mess with the servers or the game itself.

User Content

Anything you post has to follow our rules and can't step on anyone else's rights. When you submit something, you're letting us use it however we want—worldwide, forever, no royalties.

Prohibited Use

Don't try to take the Service apart, don't hack it, and don't try to break into our systems. This covers reverse engineering, disassembling, or any kind of unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the Service belongs to us or our partners. Text, images, logos, code—it's all protected by copyright law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service comes as-is. We're not promising it won't break, won't get hacked, or will run without problems.

Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for indirect or special damages that come from using the Service. That goes for our whole team too.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Canadian and American law, without any conflict-of-law stuff getting in the way.

Changes to Terms

We can change these Terms whenever we want. Big changes get thirty days' notice before they kick in.
